About South Australian Gun Club
South Australian Gun Club shoots on Driver Road, Waterloo Corner, 21 km north of the Adelaide GPO. It is affiliated with SACTA and ACTA. Reach the ground via Port Wakefield, Waterloo Corner, Robinson and Drivers Roads only; Undo and Summer Roads are closed.
Shoot days
There is usually one Sunday competition a month, with dates listed on the SACTA calendar. Skeet starts at 9:30am and DTL at 10:30am. The club also holds an annual Anniversary Shoot in mid-August and a Christmas shoot in December, when club champions are presented.
Practice runs every Saturday from 10am to 3pm (DTL and skeet, with tower on occasion) and every Wednesday from noon to 3pm (DTL and skeet). 5-Stand sporting is on the second and fourth Saturdays from 10am.
Shooting is cancelled if the forecast at 6pm the day before is 38°C or more.
