About Yackandandah Pistol Club
Yackandandah Pistol Club has been shooting at Sandy Gully Road since 1991, on a three-acre ground about six kilometres from the centre of Yackandandah in Victoria's north east, between Beechworth and Wodonga.
Ranges and facilities
The club has three 25 metre outdoor ranges, a 50 metre outdoor range and a 16-bay indoor air pistol range. A clubhouse opened in 2022 adds a training area, a commercial kitchen and a covered verandah, and the site has a camping area and accessible amenities.
Disciplines
Yackandandah shoots the ISSF target pistol programme: 10 metre air pistol, 25 metre pistol, 25 metre centre fire pistol, 25 metre standard pistol, 25 metre rapid fire pistol and 50 metre pistol.
Shoot days
Competition is held on Saturdays from 10:00am. Shooting outside those times is arranged through the club secretary.
