About Milparinka Sporting Clays
Milparinka Sporting Clays shoots about 300 km north of Broken Hill in the far north-west corner of New South Wales. It is affiliated with Sporting Clays NSW and Sporting Clays Australia.
The ground has 24 stations. Camping is allowed on the ground, with toilets, hot and cold showers and rainwater. There is no mains power, so bring a generator if you need one.
Shoot days
There is no fixed monthly shoot. The club holds three or four Saturday events a year: an autumn interclub shoot with Broken Hill, the Gidgee Goose in August and a Christmas shoot in November. The Gidgee Goose is its signature 150-target event, and the August 2026 shoot was billed as the 30th anniversary.
