About Bundaberg Clay Target Club Inc.

Bundaberg Clay Target Club shoots Down the Line (DTL) trap, skeet, Olympic Trap and Universal Trench at its ground on Kay McDuff Drive, Thabeban. It is affiliated with the Australian Clay Target Association (ACTA) and shoots in the Queensland Clay Target Association's South East Zone.

Shoot days

The club holds monthly competitions in each discipline: skeet on a Saturday from 12 noon, trap on the following Sunday from 10am, and Universal Trench on a Saturday from 10am. Dates move from month to month, so check the club's website for the current programme.

The annual trap carnival runs in early August; the 2025 two-day carnival drew shooters from Roma, Barcaldine and Clermont. The AGM and Christmas shoot are held in December.

A Gambling Community Benefit Fund grant paid for a Canterbury voice-release system, three trap machines and a skeet machine. The council directory lists the ground as having wheelchair and mobility access.
