About Broken Hill Field & Game
Broken Hill Field & Game shoots sporting clays at its ground on the Silver City Highway, at the Wentworth and Mildura roads, Broken Hill, in far western New South Wales. It is affiliated with Sporting Clays NSW and Sporting Clays Australia. It is a separate club from the Broken Hill Clay Target Club.
Shoot days
Shoots run about once a month, mostly on Sundays with some Saturday events; dates vary through the year. The 2026 program mixes 50-, 75- and 100-target sporting clays events, including a side-by-side novelty handicap.
Handicap championships are graded into High Gun, A, B and C divisions. The 50-target Sporting Clays Handicap Championship on 22 March 2026 drew 30 competitors.
Camping is permitted on the ground, with toilets, showers, a kitchen and a BBQ. For shoot dates, check the club's Facebook page (linked on this page).
